What We Do
 

Grameen Koota recognises the future competition and challenge of retaining exclusivity of clients. Instead of targeting a high market share in high competition areas we will focus on increasing the ‘mind share’ amongst client and becoming a preferred microfinance provider. We will leverage our existing goodwill with the community and have a strong focus on orienting our field staff towards this objective.

Our organisation will invest more into periodic research to gain market intelligence on client behaviour and preferences, and our relative positioning. Grameen Koota’s ability to gather necessary intelligence and respond to client needs could be a key determinant of our competitive success in the long run.

In addition, we plan to augment goodwill towards Grameen Koota through capacity building and market development services of our non-profit arm, hence contributing to the livelihoods of our clientele. We will also explore strategic alliance (e.g. delivery of complementary products and services) through existing infrastructure.
