Job Opportunities
Grameen Koota seeks to employ intelligent and experienced individuals who will fuel the organization’s future growth. We frequently look for professional staff for Head Office operations and local staff for branch offices. Grameen Koota also hires individual consultants and firms to provide expert advisor and help Grameen Koota prepare studies, appraisals and reports.

Consultants:
Grameen Koota also hires individual consultants and consulting firms for a wide range of assignments in areas of HR, risk management, finance, internal controls, marketing, data analysis, etc. Individual consultants whether hired directly or through organizations, provide expert advise and help Grameen Koota to prepare studies, appraisals, and reports. They commonly work as temporary GK staff.

Internship Opportunity:
We value the opportunity to work with Indian and international interns. Grameen Koota is committed to providing an experiential learning opportunity to pre-professionals, students and interested individuals. We believe that this process is the best way to create efficient leaders and professionals for the microfinance sector.
Interns should have a strong academic background and experience in management, finance, public policy, economic and/or international development. However, we still encourage applicants from different background to apply.
Undergraduate and graduate students from India and abroad are encouraged to apply for short term internships. At Grameen Koota, students will gain experience in the microfinance sector by focusing on one of the following tasks:
Research based projects (e.g. impact evaluation)
Product development (e.g. new financial and insurance products)
Organizational development (e.g. assessing human resource structure)
Documentation (e.g. compiling newsletters and reports)
If an individual (consultant or students) wants to conduct an independent research study or project, we will consider the feasibility of the proposals and GK can provide suggestions on the same.
